The first vintage of our 100% Calistoga AVA Cabernet Sauvignon shows beautiful, inky color with aromas of cocoa, maple bar and black fruit, a hallmark of the appellation. There is great density to this wine showing blackberry syrup, cinnamon stick and chocolate with a finish that is remarkable and memorable. Anticipated maturation: 2017 to 2022.
